Meet Doupi!

Doupi is my new little pet assistant (but she's mostly there for the cuddles). She's super friendly! If you have allergies, a fear of dogs, or would simply prefer a dog-free visit, please let us know before booking and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Booking Policies

By booking an appointment, you agree to our policies. Please review them before scheduling to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Service Time & Quality

Nail sets take 2.5-4 hours to complete. Please do not rush the artists, as we focus on quality to ensure your nails last 4+ weeks. Please plan your day accordingly. We do not work on top of existing enhancement from another salon or artist.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required to secure your appointment. This goes towards your final total.

Late Policy

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, the design may be simplified to ensure that we can finish on time. If you are 20+ minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be cancceled and the deposit forfeited.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Any cancellation or rescheduling done in less than 24-hour notice will lead to the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again. You may reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to the new appointment.

Extra Guest & Preparation

If you plan to bring a guest, please let us know in advance. Only 1 guest is allowed per appointment, and they must wait in the lobby or outside during your service. Arrive with clean, bare nails (no polish or enhancements) unless you have booked a soak-off (removal) service.

Soak-Off (Removals) & Refills

We do not do foreign removals; we only soak off nails that we made. Refills are only done on structured manicure and not on Gel-X.

No Show

Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without any prior notice will be considered a no-sho and forfeit their deposit. No-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Nail Repairs & Refunds

Free repairs are offered within 1 week for small issues like fallen charms. Breaks or lifting after 1 week will require a small repair fee. We DO NOT offer refunds.

Payment

We accept cash and e-transfer, but cash is preferred. Please note that a 3% fee applies to all bookings made through our online booking system to cover for service charges.

Keep nails dry for the first few hours

Avoid prolonged water exposure right after your appointment to help everything set properly.

Wear gloves when cleaning

Cleaning products and long water exposure can weaken your set and reduce longevity.

Avoid using nails as tools

Try not to use your nails to open cans, scrape labels, or pick at hard surfaces.

Use cuticle oil regularly

Keeping your cuticles hydrated helps your nails look fresh and healthy for longer.
